Many trainings opportunities are offered each month in the Purchase Region.   
 

 
Trainings offer the opportunity to increase your knowledge about subjects pertinent to foster care and adoption.  In addition, it provides the opportunity to network with others who are dealing with the same issues with children as are you.  Support and idea sharing help alleviate some of the day to day stressors faced as foster and adoptive parents

Lifebook Training. This is a quarterly training that takes place at the Mayfield DCBS office. Children's group available.  Please register a week in advance with Lori Dowdy (270) 247-2900.

ASK-Adoption Support of Kentucky
 
All ASK trainings in this region provide free childcare, two hours of training credit, and you don't have to sign-up to attend. All meetings are 6:00--8:00pm
